Our rooms

Smart Apart Hostel is really comfortable, clean and central – all rooms are single person occupancy – within 2, 3, and 4 person flats – ALL have large Bathrooms with showers, fully fitted and equipped kitchens with dining area, where you can both eat and relax.
Each bedroom has its own wash hand basin, and we supply you with towels and soap too!

You can have your own Private Apartment, a Single Private Room, or a bed in a Room with a friend. All rooms are in shared apartments with lounge, kitchen and bathroom(s)! Please note all the apartments are on the first floor or above.

Our self catering apartments offer a cost effective, comfortable and spacious alternative to hotel rooms.

We provide the perfect solution for holidays, with a self catering Edinburgh apartment to give both friends and family the benefit of their own personal space.

Whether you are in Edinburgh for the Festival or even on business and need a self catering flat to rent in the heart of the city.

Our apartments:

•	A comfortable bed in a single room with wardrobe, drawers and desk.
•	All apartments have a toilet and shower in the apartment.
•	There's a kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, crockery and utensils.
•	Lounge with all furniture, dining table and chairs.
•	Fresh bed linen, duvet, pillow and towel.
Please note that we do not make your bed for you. Your fresh linen and towel is sitting neatly folded on the bed, ready for you to make it up. Occupied rooms are serviced every 4 days with fresh linen and towel.
