From Edinburgh Airport

• Take the shuttle bus to Edinburgh city centre
• Get off at the corner of Waverly Bridge and Market Street
• Cross over road and walk up Cockburn Street
• At top of Cockburn Street, turn left onto High Street (also known as Royal Mile) and walk for about 100 metres
• At the Raddisson SAS Hotel (now on your right hand side), turn right down Blackfriars Street
• Smart City Hostels Edinburgh is further down the street on the right hand side at 50 Blackfriars Street.

From Waverley Train Station

• Exit Waverley station using the Princes Street exit
• Turn to your right, on the same side of the road then turn right onto North Bridge
• When you come to the crossroads with the Bank Hotel in front of you, take a left on to the High Street (known as the Royal Mile)
• After the Raddisson SAS Hotel (which is now on your right), turn right down Blackfriars Street
• Smart City Hostels Edinburgh is further down the street on the right hand side at 50 Blackfriars Street.

From St. Andrew's Square Bus Station

• Leave the bus station using the St Andrew's Square exit
• Turn left and walk down this road towards Princes Street
• Cross Princess Street and turn left towards the Balmoral Hotel
• Turn right after the Balmoral Hotel onto North Bridge and walk until you reach the crossroads on the High Street (also known as Royal Mile), turn left
• After the Raddisson SAS Hotel (now on your right), turn right down Blackfriars Street
