SmartCityHostels is an entirely new concept, designed with the urban traveller in mind. Our aim is to provide five-star hostel accommodation and service but at value for money prices.
From its launch in Edinburgh, we plan to expand the smartcityhostels brand throughout the UK. Expect to see us in London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Cardiff, Dublin and Manchester within the next 18 months.
The high standard established in Edinburgh will be carried through to subsequent hostels and you'll always find us in city centres. We'll make sure the style and design of our buildings sit comfortably with their surroundings. We'll make each hostel a destination resort, equipped with the latest technology, the funkiest bar and restaurant design and five-star staff.
The guys behind SmartCityHostels know a thing or two about hostels and hotels. They make up an experienced hotel and property management team with years of experience of the hostel market and know what backpackers and travellers look for. They've gone to great lengths to ensure smartcityhostel Edinburgh blends the new development with the city's Old Town to guarantee we fit in right from the start.
Our Edinburgh hostel works closely with the University of Edinburgh - during term-time we put up 80 of their students. More proof, if any were needed, that we meet the quality standards of the uni's accommodation department.
